Helen Figge, BS, PharmD, MBA, CPHIMS, FHIMSS, Lean Six Sigma Black Belt and Sensei, has experience in various aspects of healthcare including academics, clinical, executive management, industrial sales and healthcare workflow process and optimization. She is versed in the various government initiatives: workforce development programs, various federal initiatives for the United States, supported nationally recognized client loyalty programs and data management and mobile device support. She has served on various committees with HIMSS New York State Chapter including chapter Board of Directors and most currently HIMSS National Liaison – New York. Additionally, she has served on various national pharmacy committees for the American Society of Health System Pharmacists and has an academic appointment with University of Maryland School of Nursing.

The Forum demonstrated how eHealth can further develop existing partnerships to enhance and safeguard access to care and quality of life. It showcased how ICT and innovation on a large scale in health and care systems can contribute to sustainability, economic growth and job opportunities during challenging times.
